View Your Order Schedule
Not sure when your next order is available? Order windows and other key program dates are included on your annual Partner Calendar in "Documents" after logging in to your account.

Access Your Order Quotation
Your agency primary contact/Portal User will receive an email each time you have an order quotation available from Community Resource Center. In your Partner Portal account, you will see a banner "1 Quotation to review" when you have an open order quotation.

Submit By The Order Deadline
Each of your available order quotations will have a deadline. If you will be picking up at the CRC warehouse, completing your order will include scheduling a pick-up appointment, which are viewable in "My Appointments".
Frequently Asked Questions
The Community Resource Center focuses on erasing barriers to basic hygiene and ending Hygiene Poverty. To do this, the CRC distributes 5 Core Products: Soap, Shampoo, Deodorant, Toothpaste, and Toothbrushes to Middle Tennesseeans. The CRC also distributes pads and tampons to those who menstruate to help combat Period Poverty.
Partner Agencies receive basic essentials and hygiene items for distribution in their communities.
Partner Agencies include food pantries, schools, senior centers, and other non-profits. Partner Agencies gain access to place regular product orders from the Community Resource Center and distribute the items received to the communities they serve.
Payment for CRC products depends on the program. However, most Partner Agencies receive CRC products at no cost.
