Order Pick-Up Appointment Rescheduling and Cancellation Policy: Please contact us at least 48 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment to reschedule or cancel. We will do our best to accommodate emergency rescheduling requests received within the 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. Appointments can be rescheduled for one of the upcoming 3 order pick-up dates from your original appointment time. After this window, your order will be cancelled and you can place another order at your next available opportunity. Three or more failures to comply with this policy will result in a 3-month probationary period and possible termination of your partnership.
